Program Structure:

Client work

Interns will dive into immersive projects spanning multiple domains, from design and content creation to strategy development and operational tasks. This hands-on involvement ensures interns can seamlessly bridge theoretical knowledge to real-world applications, offering invaluable insights into our dynamic workflows.

Special Project

Every cohort of interns will come together to collaborate on a special project tailored to their unique expertise and passions. This initiative serves as a driver for creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving prowess, offering interns an opportunity to shine and showcase their talents on a meaningful platform.

Internship Positions:

  • What we are looking for

    We are seeking a candidate who will play a crucial role in our account management team. Responsibilities include assisting account managers in maintaining and nurturing client relationships, supporting day-to-day activities such as responding to client inquiries, preparing reports, and coordinating project timelines. Additionally, the intern will participate in client meetings and calls, taking detailed notes and following up on action items as needed. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, strategy, and content, will ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. The intern will also contribute to the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials, as well as continuously improving account management processes and procedures.


    Requirements

    • Currently enrolled in or graduates of a degree program in marketing, communications, or a related field.

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheet, Google Doc, Google Slides, etc).

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards professional development.

    • Previous internship or work experience in customer service, sales, or account management is a plus.

  • What we are looking for

    We are looking for an enthusiastic content intern who can assist in various aspects of content creation and management. This includes writing articles, blog posts, social media captions, and other written content, as well as organizing and maintaining content calendars, schedules, and databases. The ideal candidate will have a knack for optimizing content for SEO, researching keywords, and analyzing performance metrics to improve content effectiveness. Additionally, we need someone who can support us in creating and scheduling social media posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media analytics. Creative support is also important, so the ability to assist with graphic design, photography, videography, or other multimedia content creation tasks is a plus. The intern will also be responsible for conducting research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and audience preferences to inform content strategies. Collaboration is key, as the intern will work closely with other team members, including writers, designers, marketers, and project managers, to ensure that our content aligns with our overall marketing goals and objectives.


    Requirements

    • Currently enrolled in or graduates of a degree program in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.

    • Strong writing skills: Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for various platforms and audiences.

    • Demonstrated ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation and storytelling.

    • Attention to detail: Strong proofreading and editing skills to ensure accuracy and quality of content.

    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms: Basic understanding of social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.

    • Time management and organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.

    • Collaborative mindset: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.

    • Portfolio: Previous experience or a portfolio showcasing writing samples, content creation projects, or relevant coursework is often preferred but not always required for entry-level positions.

  • What we are looking for

    We are in search of a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a graphic design intern. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our creative team, the intern will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects and gain valuable hands-on experience. The intern will assist in the creation of visual content for digital and print platforms and work collaboratively with the design and strategy team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute designs that meet project objectives and brand guidelines.


    Requirements

    • Currently enrolled in or graduates of a degree program in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.

    • Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).

    • Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheet, Google Doc, Google Slides, etc).

    • Knowledge of motion design and web design would be considered an asset.

    • Strong creative vision and attention to detail. We value candidates who can think outside the box and translate ideas into compelling designs that resonate with our audience.

    • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills. The ability to collaborate effectively with team members and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines is crucial for success in this role.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

    • A portfolio showcasing design projects and creative capabilities. We want to see examples of your work that demonstrate your design skills, creativity, and ability to solve visual problems.

  • What we are looking for

    We're seeking a strategy intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of strategy and research mandates for our clients. We're looking for someone who can conduct thorough market research, analyze campaign performance, and contribute insights. Excellent communication skills are essential for working with clients and internal teams. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. While previous experience is beneficial, we welcome motivated individuals who are ready to contribute to our team's success.

    • Digital proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems (CMS), email marketing software, and analytics tools.

    • Teamwork: Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and digital teams, to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
