In 2020, I, Rama Sow, founded The Study with a simple goal in mind: to align culture with strategy and data analysis. What started as a humble passion blog quickly evolved into something much bigger and better.

Today, The Study is a collaborative agency driven by our shared desire to see everyone succeed. As a naturally curious person and lifelong learner, I'm always on the lookout for new and innovative ways to bring people together and foster cultural equity. And the best part? I'm more than happy to share all the "cheat" codes I've learned along the way! So whether you're a fellow student of life or just someone looking to make a difference, learn with us or work with us!
